8. Google User Data Retention and Deletion
Workmode only retains Google user data for as long as necessary to provide the Google Calendar and Google Drive integrations and the functionality requested by the user.
Google Calendar data accessed through Google APIs may be temporarily processed to provide features such as schedule analysis, availability detection, conflict detection, task planning, and calendar event management. Where calendar data is stored by Workmode to support these features, it is retained only while the user's Google Calendar integration remains connected or for as long as necessary to provide the associated functionality.
Google Drive data accessed through Google APIs may be processed to provide Drive-related features requested by the user, such as accessing or working with files that the user has authorized Workmode to use. Workmode only accesses and processes Google Drive data within the scope of the permissions granted by the user and only as necessary to provide the requested functionality.
When a user disconnects their Google Calendar or Google Drive account from Workmode, Workmode will stop accessing the user's Google data through the applicable Google APIs and will delete Google user data stored by Workmode that is no longer necessary for the requested functionality, subject to any retention required by law or legitimate business obligations.
Users may also request deletion of their Google user data by contacting us at support@workmode.now. Upon receiving a valid deletion request, Workmode will delete applicable Google user data from its systems, subject to legally required retention.
Revoking Workmode's access through the user's Google Account also prevents Workmode from accessing additional Google Calendar or Google Drive data through the revoked authorization.
9. Google API Limited Use Compliance
Workmode's use and transfer of information received from Google Workspace APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google user data received through Google Workspace APIs is not used to develop, train, or improve generalized or foundational machine learning or artificial intelligence models.
Google user data is used only to provide and improve user-facing functionality within Workmode that is directly related to the features requested and authorized by the user.
